Raspberry ketone glycoside is a white or almost white crystalline powder that is easily soluble in water and polar organic solvents such as ethanol. Raspberry ketone glycoside (RKG) is a natural product derived from raspberry fruit and is an antioxidant that has an inhibitory effect on the synthesis of melanin.
