Dexpanthenol is the precursor of vitamin B5, so it is also called provitamin B5. It contains not less than 98% D-panthenol.It is a colorless to light yellow transparent viscous liquid with a slight special smell.Dexpanthenol uses to treat sunburns,mild burns,mild skin injuries and diseases (concentrations up to 2% to 5%).Dexpanthenol for skin to improves hydration,reduces skin itching and inflammation,improves skin elasticity,and speeds up the healing of epidermal wounds.For this reason, it is sometimes combined with allantoin.Dexpanthenol for hair care, skin moisturizing, and help heal skin wounds,resist inflammation, and help sunscreen.
