Hydroxytyrosol (HXT) is a by-product obtained from the manufacture of olive oil.Olive Leaf Extract is considered to be the most powerful antioxidant compound after gallic acid and the most powerful among phenolic aldehydes.Due to its molecular structure,one of the powerful antioxidant compounds has multiple beneficial effects such as antioxidants,anti-inflammatory agents,anti-cancer agents, and as a skin and eye protectant.
