    A Yes. We have a 1,500-square-meter R&D center and a team of professional formulation engineers. We can provide raw material compounding advice and technical support to help customers develop differentiated products. We particularly have extensive experience in highly active combinations like peptide/liposome combinations.

  • Q What types of raw materials does ZHENYIBIO primarily offer? What product categories are they suitable for?

    A We focus on functional cosmetic ingredients for whitening, anti-aging, anti-wrinkle, and anti-allergic effects. Our core products include glutathione, hyaluronic acid, polyglutamic acid, asiaticoside, peptides, and liposomes. These are widely applicable to skincare, serums, facial masks, ampoules, sprays, and post-aesthetic skincare products.

  • Q Can you assist with efficacy verification or formulation compatibility testing?

    A We can provide literature data, basic efficacy test reports, and stability testing references for some ingredients. We also support small-scale formulation recommendations for OEM/ODM customers.

  • Q Can we provide sample testing? What is the minimum request quantity?

    A We offer free sample testing. Typical sample sizes range from 5–20g/bottle (depending on the product category). We also provide product technical data (TDS, COA, MSDS, etc.) to support formulation testing and stability testing.

About Delivery And Logistics

  • Q Is packaging customizable?

    A We offer a variety of packaging options, including powder, liquid, freeze-dried, and microcapsule packaging. We typically use light-proof, moisture-proof, and sealed aluminum bags or PE barrels. We can also customize transit packaging or labeling upon request.

  • Q Do you support international shipping? What logistics methods are available?

    A We have provided export services to customers in over 40 countries, supporting various modes including air, sea, and express delivery. We also provide complete customs declaration documents and product compliance information.

  • Q What is the lead time for a normal order?

    A Standard in-stock products ship within 1–3 business days. Special specifications or custom ingredients are typically delivered within 5–15 business days, depending on the complexity of the formulation.

About Certification And Quality Control

  • Q How do we ensure batch-to-batch quality consistency?

    A We operate a 10,000 square meter factory managed under GMP standards and utilize a comprehensive quality control system. Each batch of product is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) report. We also implement a full batch sampling and traceability system to ensure consistency and traceability.

  • Q Are our products internationally certified? What market access requirements do they meet?

    A All of our core products are ISO9000, ISO22000, KOSHER, and HALAL certified. We export to multiple markets, including the EU, North America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, and comply with international cosmetic ingredient regulations.
